Doing Business in Rwanda
Before the introduction of doing business reforms,there were a number of non-taraff barriers that impeded smooth flow of trade in rwanda; the paperwork in involved,the costs and administrative complications all had a bearing on business expenses and time as a resource. with the new reforms in doing business, i am glad to say that this process has become a lot easier and faster
i have operated business in rwanda for quite some time and i can say there has been enormous development in the business environment, i advise the government to offer more tax holidays to both large and small scale traders. this gives them on opportunity to inest more in their business to my colleagues in business. i encourage them to cooperate with the government to develop our country
Startng a business
The indicator looks at the procedures officially required for an entrepreneur to start up and formally operate an industrial or commercial business as well as the time and cost to complete these procedures and the paid-in minimum capital requirement these procedures include pbtaining all necessary licenses and permits and completing any required notification verifications or inscriptions for the company amd employees with relevant authorities the ranking on the ease of starting a business is the simple average of the percentile ranking on its component indicators hoeever in Rwanda’s case the idea of creating a conducive business environment starts with the case of registering a business and despite the fact that the idea of starting a business requires courage and strength from those who intend to start their respective business ventures globally the Rwanda development Board have consistently made it easier to di so in the shortest period of time
